Do many people walk Croagh Patrick on Reek Sunday at night hours to be on the top of Croagh Patrick on Reek Sunday for Sunrise?

Have you done this walk at night hours in this magical day?

    Thanks

yeah ive done it a few times at night, at all hours from 11pm to early in the morning 3-4 am.. itl be busy, surprising amount of people do it, not as many as will be on it in the day though
if your going get a headlamp in some of the hardware shops, i think there about a tenner-ish, handy things for walking in the dark..
itl be busy this week with the 7 day challenge on

Traditionally itg was a night pilgrimage up to c 1970. Changed then to a daylight pilgrimage for health and safety reasons
