Hi,

You need to meet a special criteria.

You have to have a 24 hour electricity meter
you cant have anyone with critical care in your premise
you cant have anyone over the age of 66 in your premise
you also have to be over 60 days in debt so you need to be financially struggling as there is a limited supply and it is means tested by the credit control department

so basically if you dont have anything outstanding you would be automatically rejected
