Help with Scroll Bar

    Hey Guys
    I need to put a scroll bar onto a section of a webpage.
    The page is made of tables.
    The scrollbar needs to go into the section of :
    <!-- InstanceBeginEditable name="content" -->
    &
    <!-- InstanceEndEditable -->

    If using Notepadd++ OR Dreamweaver its at row 84-100.

    I just need the table to be 100% of the page, and the material in the content cell to be scrollable
    I attached the HTML
