We've used MTS in Rathgar twice to rent out our apt. We've been very happy with them. We manage the property ourselves so I dont know what they're like managing a property. Last time they charged 4% of the annual rent excl VAT to find us renters.

I can tell you to avoid dublinlettings.ie

used them once and never ever again, quick to grab your money but when there is problem you can never get in touch avoid at all costs

We had a nightmare experience with Lowes in Palmerstown, wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!
