    Hi all

I got the below screwdriver set for €3 in the bargain bins near the customer service desk
and the checkout in Homebase Drogheda:

    13225-00-1.jpg

They are ideal for computer hobbyist, DIY and around the house in general.

I found the same heads in a similar kit a few years ago, and have used it to replace the many
jeweller's screwdrivers I had accumulated over the years from different kits.

It's just a bit smaller than a standard soft-drinks tin.
It's a good number of most of the jeweller's screwdrivers you'd need in a typical
home / office setting. It's a very handy kit, you just select the head you need for the job, you
don't have to have a load of full-size screwdrivers clunking around with you.

The set contains flat-head (slotted), Philips-head (cross) head, torx (star) allen-key (hex)
and a few specialist heads. Here are the technical details lifted from the same kit
    on eBay:

    Phillips - PH00, PH0, PH1, PH2
    Slotted - 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 3.5mm, 4.0mm
    Torx - T4, T5, T6, T7, T8, T10, T15, T20
    Hex - 1.0mm, 1.3mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm
    Round bit - 1mm.
    Triangle bit - 3mm
    Tri-winged security bit - No.0
    Spanner security bit - 2.6mm

I'll probably get a couple of units to have as spares in case I lose any
of the heads from my main kit.

This is for sale in Drogheda, do Homebase stores do the same specials
    in each branch?

They had the same deal in Limerick about 3 weeks ago.
