Dovado umr wifi repeater?

Hi all. I have two dovado umr routers. I have one upstairs working my mobile broadband and i'd like to be able to use the second downstairs as a wifi repeater, as the signal from upstairs is pretty poor. Is it possible to set this up? All help and directions greatly appreciated.
