Can anyone confirm the LNB skew for Kildare for Astra 2 sat?

Is it 2 or 3?. My Zinwell LNB is set to 3 by default. Thanks.

The map here would seem to put you close to the line between 2 & 3, nothing to stop you trying both.

of course the 'Skew' setting would also be governed by how 'true/level' the dish installation actually is....

Left the skew at 3 and got a signal no problem.

You'll get a signal "no problem" on any setting, it's about getting the best signal (quality wise).

Ah right. I checked the signal strength on the Sky box settings (why no percentage?) and signal strength was 60%-70% and signal quality was about 90%-95%. Is this about what to expect?

This is the signal quality/strength screen with skew at number 3 on the LNB. It looks pretty good to me and I'm reluctant to try the LNB at number 2 in case I can't get back to the original signal strength/quality. What do you reckon? Good enough?

If the installation delivers glitch-free viewing on all channels in all weathers, then don't touch anything.
