Brother is binging a former work place to court. They place has been brought to court about ten times and have only turned up for one court date. They say they have no money I know for a fact they have. its a resturant/ disco.

Can you send a bondsman ( what ever they are called) into the work place to get money off them after the night is over.

A barrister has even got involved still no luck. Its not much that they have been told to pay out

Think OP posted here in Legal mainly due to the "really helpful" comments in AH ;)

No such thing as a bondsman in Ireland.

Unless you get a court judgement there is nothing you can legally do.

What sort of judgement are we talking about. They were also accused of not having all workers on the books. Judge told to them they were breaking the law and to fix it next court date. They have not turned up since
