Urgent ticketmaster query

    Right, so my brother bought tickets for the game today for me and him, however he's only just realised that we never received them in the post.

    Does anyone have any experience with this or know what to do? I imagine being this close to kickoff we're ****ed but hopeful something can be done.

    (mods - sorry this isn't in the tickets thread. Did this in a panic!)

    Their office isn't open on Sunday. They weren't bought through a season ticket holder account so we appear to be out of luck there too. Thanks anyway.

    Could you print out the email confirmation you got when they were purchased and bring that to the ticketmaster office at the game? (AFAIK there usually is somewhere to collect tickets). They might be able to print new tickets for you?

    At the RDS now. Found the ticket office. Got it sorted out. Success! Cheers lads
