Problems with Voice & Picture sync on Triax TR112

A few of my customers are complaining that the voice & picture are out of sync on the Triax TR112 also the same thing is happening on the Tower receiver which has the similar software. I have had no complaints from the Walker box

RTE have had problems with lips-synch recently. (Or at least I have noticed it on my TV).
