Does anybody think that it will ever be an undisputed and dominant world heavyweight champion the size of The legends from the 60's and 70's ?

Are the size ( "240 ilbs +) and skills, beginning with Riddock Bowe in the 90's , then lennox lewis , then the Klitschkos the template of future dominant heavy weight champions ?

No, there won't be-as long as their is talented 230+ fighters the 215lb lads will never dominate, certainly win some but will be found wanting overall.

How many of these threads titled a different way can you come up with?

If a man with Holyfield or Ali or Tyson's ability comes along, yes, a 215 lb man could well be a success and dominate against men of any weight.

fighting a guy who is up to 30-40lbs heavier is unheard of at any other weight.

    It is the year 2016

Fury holds two belts , klitschko holds one, Joshua holds one, Browne holds one, Wilder holds one

The smallest guy here is 6 foot 5 inches.
    This trend will continue

    What belt does Klitschko hold?

Browne? The only WBA belt with any significance is around the waist of Fury.

Wilder has the WBC, Joshua has the IBF.

There are 4 belts worth a damn, and they are held by 3 men.
