Hi, I have just bought a big bag of spinach, I know it goes to nothing cooked, but its still at least 4 servings. If I want to freeze some of it could I wilt it/cook it and then freeze so I can just microwave it when I need it?

Wash, dry and put in a freezer bag. Pop it straight into the freezer. No need for cooking, wilting or anything else.

    Afterwards cook from frozen. :)
