HOLD f8 key for ten seconds, after turning on ,pc ,
    use arrow,up ,down,keys,,
choose last good config, or directory service restore.
You may have a virus, some boot files missing.
    safe mode menu should appear.
enter key=confirm menu choice,eg dos ,vga mode etc
safe mode loads windows, bypasses driver files.
if safe mode doesnt load you can try r repair mode, from windows os cd,
    or reinstall os.
does the hardrive drive show up in bootup, eg seagate 370t 200gig
