Apart from the fact that I live in Dungarvan and would like to meet people with similar interests as me, nothing.
That is the beauty of the internet - you can go to the appropriate forum, start the same thread there, and you and some like minded people (and I use the term people loosely, since if there's likely to be aliens anywhere it's in there...) can blow the bulbs off each other boiiii... it doesn't matter whether they are in Mongolia or Mooncoin, ye can all be weird together
and you can always ask on that forum, is there anyone else in Waterford here...?

I had thought that boards.ie was an open forum about any topic, my thread isn't about vulgarism, explicit content or pornography, etc..!

I am actually outraged by this, as it implies that I am some crazy person or a weirdo! Excuse me I am 28 years of age, I have been self efficient since I had left school ok, that strongly indicates that I am sane and capable of taking care of myself and that my values are well balanced, not imbalanced like in a mentally challenged person. English is my 2nd language and have mastered it to fluency! By this I am not trying to promote my intelligence but to prove that it is very unlikely that I am a pink elephant who thinks that is living on Mooncoin!
Why is it that a person with pure intentions wants to open up a thread, for people who share the passion for talking about this topic. So they can exchange experiences, news, info.....And all you get is people who don't share this attitude that I mentioned above and yet they enter the thread, trolling, and talking rubbish!

But hey what's my opinion worth, I am just a fairy who believes in things that cannot be seen. Therefore they cannot exist. That's what intelligent & educated people would say, and worst thing is that they are considered to be right today by default.
