How to heat water not rads Baxi megaflo HE IE

Baxi megaflo HE IE condensate boiler. How do I heat water but not rads? It was put in to replace another one which had two red 'taps' one was heat downstairs only and one was I think heat water not rads. The taps are still there. i cannot recall how it works. Anyone know?
