How can I get work experience accredited by FETAC

    A colleague has 5 years full time experience working in a particular industry . How can she get this accredited by FETAC ? In particular FETAC level 5 work experience , APEAL route . I have studied the descriptor and she has met the experience necessary for that module . I've contacted a number of colleges thar offer FETAC work experience but they are not willing to offer the APEAL mode only a full time course. Any advice from FETAC tutors please ?

    Try contacting places that offer FETAC courses at night or part-time. Centres have to have approval to offer the APEAl method and with the changes to FETAC in the coming months they are not able to apply for permission any longer. Sorry I cont be of more assistance.
