three network--terrible reception

    I signed up for an iphone 4s in january with three. The reception is terrible/non-existant in my house.
    customer service gets me through to a call centre in India who are no help.
    I missed the cooling off period as I was away in the UK and when i came back the cooling off period was up.
    I am now tied into an 18 month contract with no reception for half of each day.
    Is there anything i can do to cancel the contract?

    Send them a mail with FORMAL COMPLAINT in the title, citing lack of service etc. If they fail to release you or fix the problem then mail Comreg.
