Usb 3.0 10pin cable case problem

I just bought this case http://www.dabs.ie/products/gigabyte-gz-g2-gaming-case-plus-with-usb-3-0-ports---2-front-fans-7YDY.html?src=15 When I got it the front usb 3.0 interfaces have a 10 connector to connect to the mobo. I thought since my mobo has usb 3.0 interfaces on it that it had a connector, silly me ha
So I'm looking dor a pci-E card that the cable can plub into. Im confused as there are some out there but i dont know if the cable plugs into it or its just some extra ports ha
