Hey, today after paying for first time in my life the tax of car, I realized this:
They said it will start from 1st date. but if previous owners tax is still there, can I still drive?

There is photo from seller which was online:

Can I still drive on his tax? or is tax not based on owner but rather on car?

Car tax travels with car. The car is taxed.

The vehicle is taxed not the person, matter of fact if it was taxed until next year the only way the previous owner was getting a Motor tax refund was if the car was scrapped.
