    Should be common sense, but if you're airsofting over the weekend, try to bring as close as you can to 3 litres of water.

    A lot of people will be caught off guard and dehydration isn't nice. Now would be a good time to invest in a canteen or camelbak/hydration pouch. ;)

    And do not cry when you are hit - excessive weeping can lead to dehydration :D
