I was messing around on my laptop a while back and for some reason I tampered with one of the secuity certificates on my e mail page (hotmail) and now I cant get in to read my e mails. There is an option that says "continue to this website (not recommended)" but nothing happens when I click on it. How can I change everything back to previous settings (no back up) or solve the security cert problem?

In Internet Explorer do you see the Certificate error beside the Address Bar, if so click here and View Certificates, then try and reinstall the certificate.
