TAP Year

    Hey everyone. :)

Just did my TAP interview there and it went quite well I think. My one concern is that one of my interviewers said that it wouldn't exactly be an advantage for me to have done my interview so late, because my application would be one of the last few to be processed. So my question is, has anyone here gotten into TAP who did the May interviews? Most other people did their interviews in April or March so I'm worried there will be no places left at this stage. :(

Also, has anyone ever heard of anyone getting into psychology after TAP?

    Thanks.

I don't know anything specific, but I doubt they would go to the effort of interviewing people if there were no places left.

Hi. my interview was a week ago and I believe that they called me for reason. I still do not know if I was successful, but they said that letters will be sent on beginning of June to everyone. Comparing to those interviewed earlier, we have much shorter time to be stressed about it.

For those of you who don't get on the TAP, you should consider DIT's mature student access programme. I've just finished it and it was well, well worth it. Staff are hugely supportive, very accessible and informative. I've received an offer from Trinity for my first choice course in september, so if you're concerned that they will only consider matures from their own access programme, don't be. As far as I know DIT will be accepting people well into june and maybe even july.
