    So, in Europe there are a couple of multi day races.
    Such as the Transalpine Run or the Dragonsback in Wales.

    Apart from Mourne Mountain Marathon, are there any +two day races in Ireland?

    Not that I know of. Getting tempted by ultras but trying to deny it by doing back to back marathonesque efforts? :)

    Technically, its not a marathon/ultra(s)....

    Its mountain running :)

    Ahh now... they're not mutually exclusive!

    On the OP, there was an obscure staged race on here before. Organised by a French company. Never heard of anyone doing it, and it cost a fortune (Most staged running races are huge rip-offs, from what I can see).
