Russian phone app for bad parking

Seen this today on the journal
They have an app for your phone that you can upload pics of bad parking to a website to shame bad parking .

Great idea but they call it
Douche parking !

Heard about it on the radio on the way into work, they said it's used in Russia. If you had that in Ireland, you'd probably overload the system very quickly. The only people that can get away with using the word 'Douche' as a derogatory term are the Americans. Here, we'd have to use a more appropriate term, maybe 'gobsh*te parking'.

Apparently you can search your local area on it .
I thought it was a joke at first .

Trust me, Ireland is not even near of the levels of Moscow. They park on main roads in 2-3 lanes. It's quite unique sight. There should be some videos on YouTube of it.

That sounds like Claremorris. Used to see it all the time before the bypass.
