Should have some Saturday. Haven't been able to run through the card too much as I'm college tomorrow and they're all a lot shorter than I'd usually go for but all look solid.

    2.00 Goodwood

    Con Leche

Trainer Scott Dixon has made a very good start to his career with juveniles saddling 3 debutants this year. One has won, the other came 2nd and the other came 4th of 18 so Dixon clearly knows how to ready them first time out. William Buick is having his first ride for the stable and should be a decent price.

    2.45 Yarmouth

    Hippie Chick

May well be too short but definitely worth a go if a decent enough price. Comes from the Bill Turner yard who are in incredible form with 6 of the last 11 runners from the stable winning. Moreover, he has had a multitude of success with his juveniles this term. 7lb claimer Ryan While takes the ride and he has a 42% strike rate with the trainer when on board 2 YO and this could take a lot of beating on debut.

    3.45 Goodwood

    Michelangelo 11/8

Was extremely impressed by John Gosden's 3 year old Colt's debut behind Frankel's brother Noble Mission in a Listed race and I think he probably would have won that day if it were not for greenness. He's very well bred and for connections to start him in a Listed race I think it says all you need to know about how good they think he will be. He'll take all the beating in my eyes.

    4.20 Goodwood

    Parisian Pyramid 11/4

11/4 looks excellent value to me here and I think he will take an awful lot of beating. 2 starts back Kevin Ryan's 6 year old ran extremely well at Pontefract when finishing best of his side in 5th (first 4 home raced other side) and he stepped up on that effort when finishing 2L behind Maarek in a hot race in Newmarket LTO, a horse who I put up that day and who I rate greatly. He raced stands side along with the winner and was 2nd home in his group and I think it was an excellent effort. He's off the same mark as LTO, goes very well at the track and he's 2lb lower than when getting beaten less than a length in this race last year.

I will be watching this race closely. Hippie into a seller first time out, claimer booked - this could be laid out. Hopefully we will get final confirmation from what the market tells us.

Also very surprised to see the exposed/regressive Suivez d'argent as predicted fav on sportinglife.com. That cannot win surely?

    Early prices:

    2/1 Hippe C
    11/4 Suivez

    7/2 bar

Unfortunately for one like this, IMO you just have to wait for the market to speak before getting on.
