I've just bought an apartment in Dublin 1 which needs some work doing - new bathroom / kitchen etc. Can anyone recommend a plumber, electrician, carpenter, tiler, general handyman? Cheers.

<SNIP> - did a similar job a few years back on my mother-in-law's apartment in Ratoath. Did a great job and not too dear.

    Moved from Accommodation & Property

It is probably best if you can get them all under one contract - otherwise there will be buck passing - "oh that's the ______'s job".

Note that you may need to notify the property's management company.

It's best to keep names and contact numbers to PM only, please and thanks. (It's a charter thing, you know.)

Hi Liam, could you pm me with this guys name & telephone number please? What work did he do for your mother-in-law?

Anyone suggest any other workmen? I'm not looking for someone who can do both plumbing & electical (& other work) necessarily. So a plumber AND an electrician? Any recommendations would be great as I'm not from Dublin so wouldn't really know where to start looking!
