Any body have any experience with these agency's? Social care work in particular. How dose it work?

Both are agencies you go through a process too be taken on ref checks garda checks etc.

I have both experience of working for the now cpl for 9yrs

However my workplace now uses both agencies .
But its like anything you as a worker build up your own reputation. Then that particular place will want you back.
Some people do it for pure money just sit there with no interaction or interest. With us full time staff constantly guiding them despite they maybe comin to same place for years.

Others are just brilliant they work on initiative. Are willing and want to do a bit of work
