Quick question about accommodation

Hi, I was looking up accommodation for next year in U.L. and I saw this place.

    http://www.collegecribs.ie/viewlisting/2530

Does anyone know if the 55/65 euro price advertised is inclusive of all the features listed. Is this price solely rent or does it also include the utilities.

The reason I ask is because 55x4=220. 220x9=1980. This is about 1300 cheaper than on campus accommodation.

Thanks very much for your input!

Hate to state the obvious but have you tried asking the Landlord rather that asking people to speculate.

    Landlord/Agent Contact Details:

Different houses will have different things paid for at different prices.

My rent last year was 55p/w and we had to pay for internet/heating/electricity and bins.
Some of the lads were paying 60-70 with internet/tv and bins paid for.
