Window Cover

Hey, my friend locked my keys in my car and we had to break the back window.

This is second time this has happened (why I trust him with my keys, I don't know) and the second time I've had to break the window to get in.

The first time I claimed window cover and got the window done for free, but I'm not sure if my premium went up because of it, I'm fairly sure it didn't.

Now that it's happened a second time, to the same window, I'd like to know if insurance will cover it and if my premium go up.

Or maybe I should just get the bollocks :pac:to pay for it...:pac:

Your policy document will tell you the terms of cover, i.e. how much they'll pay out over a period.
The second option is the best one, might teach him to be more careful.

Normally twice a year you can claim :)

Whoever comes out to change it might ask for a Garda Crime number, Because it's not chipped it's smashed and that should be reported. :)

Cheers lads, anyone have any idea how much it'd cost to get a replacement window?
It's a 98 Corolla, and it's the small sealed one at the back just behind the passenger window. (Had to break that one as I wouldn't be able to get it repaired for a while and a big window would have been fairly annoying)

    Second time, same person?
Just get one done in any glass shop and get him to pay for it though the nose, only way to learn some people.
