Well, the French and English give out about Leinster resting players in the Rabo to focus on the Heineken Cup as we don't have to worry about qualification, yet the seconds that play the Rabo play some of the best rugby going on the continent, and pretty much grabbed Leinster 1st place in the league.

Its french for "Poll" but bears absolutely no resemblence to the balls up I made when I started the thread! I have asked for the mods to wipe it but they are no doubt too busy handing out nonsensical bans & what have you :D

I think it's well established than Irish teams have an unfair advatage with the bthe way qualifiactation goes.

If anybody has a different agruenment all you have to look t how crap we do at international stage!!!!

The welsh have the same advantages as to qualification and what have they done in the comp throughout the years with this "well established unfair advantage". Its not unfair, every country has to have representation. What would be unfair would be ireland/wales losing out on places in HEC to more english/french sides

Of course we do. English and French clubs are private and play in competitive domestic leagues, they have to fight for their survival there's no bail outs, They can't molly coddle guys like we do over here, your on a contract and you get your arse out there and play every week.

If you actually do a bit of research you will find that they play no more rugby than Irish players. In fact many front line players in France and England play fewer minutes in a season.

Your view takes into a/c Irish or British drinking mores, its somewhat different on the continent, healthier too :D

Love to say I was half cut, at least I could hide behind that instead of holding my hand up to a massive balls up:rolleyes:
