I am waiting assessment by the hospital but it is believed I have frozen shoulder. my job was manual work which I left since going on IB as I sustained the injury there. But I am now claiming for the last 6 weeks and am hoping to go…

Hi

I am on illness benefit for an injury I have which limits the movement I have in my arm. I am waiting assessment by the hospital but it is believed I have frozen shoulder. my job was manual work which I left since going on IB as I sustained the injury there.

But I am now claiming for the last 6 weeks and am hoping to go back job seeking in a couple of weeks. How long will it be before I am called for an assessment and what does it entail. Also if I transfer will I be excluded from jobseekers because I left the job of my own accord??
