sticker reflectors on back of jeep for DOE

I have a old jeep and there was solid reflectors on it at back of jeep at one stage under rear lights that use to fit into little slots . The jeep was crashed a few years ago and the little slots were filled in with fillers and a bit of reflector tape was put there instead. Will the jeep pass the DOE with these as…
