I'll be travelling from Dublin airport soon. and i intend to get my coin collection with myself on-to a plane. seen Americans having discussions about it as it may be not allowed and blah blah..

Wondering did anyone had any problems in kind of similar situations? going to have full album of coins on plane with myself (heavy, expensive/valuable)

anything i should be ready for?

If you are flying with valuables you really need to check with the airline concerned rather then act on the advice you're given here. If they are over a certain value I'm sure Airport security will want to know as well?
