What's your NAT Type? Also what's your upload/download speed and ping? Use http://speedtest.net to check

Try this, I'd say its the problem if you haven't already done it,

Open your browser Go to the following page: http://192.168.1.254 Click Expert mode on the left Click "enter expert mode" when the warning box appears Click "configure" on the left hand side Click "connection" in the options that appear under configure You'll be presented with three text boxes, username, password and confirm password Delete everything in these three boxes Enter the following: Username: vodafone@vodafone.ie Password: broadband Confirm password: broadband Click "save and restart connection" You may need to wait up to 10 minutes, after which your internet light should go green again.

At the moment, you're still on your previous providers connection

Netopias can have some problems with VF connections, specifically if they're connecting to BT equipment rather than Eircom equipment in the exchange. From the speedtest that's probably not the issue, but you might wan to check (and upgrade) your firmware

    http://forum.vodafone.ie/index.php?/topic/5860-firmware-update-for-netopia-wireless-routers/page__p__36217__hl__netopia__fromsearch__1&#entry36217

Also on your router's home page (192.168.1.254) check your downland/upload speeds. Your download should be a clan multiple of 1024 (from your speedtest probably 6144) and your upload a multiple of 128k (so probably 384k).

If either is off these values are off you may have a connection issue - best call VF tech support (1907)

Finally, you may want to check the Netopia's rules - they may have been accidentally reset during the switch over.

    Hey,

Sorry for the late reply. May I ask what your browsing experience is like? On a computer or laptop, also have you tried it with another console? Such as an xBox?

If you could borrow your friends, or if you have one and see what the connection is like on the xBox.
