Automatically subscribe to the threads I post in?

When I click on "My Threads" I want to see all the threads I posted in. I don't want emails or anything like that. Just a few quick and clear way of seeing new posts in threads I've contributed to.

Go here and scroll to "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and select "No Email Notification"
