I looked here, and it says 'beauty' products should ship here:

Bung of an email to their CS & see what they say. Just a note that liquids are listed as a security risk by the UK Home Office so that may have something to do with it. I ordered printer ink off them on a couple of occasions & had to ship them to a family member in UK, who the brought it over in baggage when visiting here.
You could try amazon.fr and amazon.de & see if they ship to Ireland. Your UK username and password should work with the other sites, and you will be paying in Euros:).

I came across this problem when I was trying to buy baby food - it seems there are certain items they will not / cannot ship to Ireland
