So... you want advice on setting up a limited company?

Can you afford to patent and manufacture your product yourself?

As far as drop shipping and getting a license from a patent holder to sell their product... If there is money to be made do that also.

If you have the time and the money I don't see it as being an either/or but I'm not sure what you are asking for.
