Hi Mods not sure if this is the right forum so if not can you move please. My hubby came home from work today saying that his place had reduced some of the workers jobs to 3 days a week (although he's ok for the time being thank god) starting from friday. Now they are paid monthly so i thought any changes needed a months…

Hi Mods not sure if this is the right forum so if not can you move please.

My hubby came home from work today saying that his place had reduced some of the workers jobs to 3 days a week (although he's ok for the time being thank god) starting from friday. Now they are paid monthly so i thought any changes needed a months notice or am i wrong? It seems very unfair that they can reduce the hours with just 3 days notice.
