I'm nearly certain the Kyokushin club is still going in Mullingar. Contact Shane for more info. shane@kyokushinireland.com

Ken still runs karate classes in the community center on tuesdays 7.30 and saturdays at 11.30. The taekwondo place also runs regular classes plus somekind of mma course. Also theres a kenpo karate academy near pennys and i saw ninjutsu posters of some kind not too long ago.

Still need to wear a Gi in Karate and taekwondo ?
Good classes to get fit in?

Yeah but ken is pretty chilled out with getting a gi if your starting out plus i can attest to the good hard padwork and sparring that goes on there. I tried the other kenpo and taekwondo places out but they werent for me and they both were slightly pushing thier uniforms right away (never a good sign imo).
