Off the top of my head multi-dexterous is being experienced in manual hand labour isn't it .......? Maybe it's the Product building Test that you may be trained into during your Induction Floor-training? It's probably mini Speed-Tests to practise building it amongst yourself and other Noobs in training with ya, before ye go On-the-Line? The Trainer would then get a better idea which of ye are more speedy. Try asking in the Work & Jobs Forum maybe ......

I used to work for Boston Scientific - the test then was very simply to pick up staples with a tweezers and insert them into a box that had a load of small holes in them.

It's basically just a quick test to show you are co-ordinated enough to use small tools and that your vision isn't in anyway impaired.

I'd imagine the rest is similar to this, maybe a little fancier seen as this was ten years ago ^
