    Shop very lightly, if at all. It is better to be self sufficient. I was told my lifestyle was only 4% sustainable by this planet.
    Read any book about the natural or spiritual laws of the universe. Man made laws are not in harmony with spiritual laws at the moment. Only obey the natural spiritual laws, as these are the ones you will be judged on.
    Masturbation was called self pornography by the reviewers.
    I urge you all to change your lifestyle. An easy life will lead you down to a further level of awfulness. Stop watching television or taking any sleeping pills. Any pills will arrest your spiritual evolvement.
