When booking on-line with Ryan Air, there is a €50 fee for a 20kg bag  and a lesser fee for a 15kg bag .

Now, if you ignore all that when booking on-line, you can take a 10kg bag as hand-uggae with you for free.;)

Theres 4 of us going so we have a hand luggage allowance of 40kg over 4 bags...sorted...last year I paid the extra baggage for 2 persons :o....

    Cocktail fund boosted:D

Just be careful of your bag size, 10kg may seem like a lot but their actual dimension limits on their bags are rather small and it's be impossible to get 10kg of clothes or such in such a small bag.

Ya their bag sizes are TINY!! Also dont forget you cant bring liquids over 100ml in hand luggage and your handbag and all duty free has to fit inside that one hand luggage bag.

Usually if there is a group going its worth buying one check in bag for liquids and extra stuff you might pick up abroad.

This isn't really a tip ... it's common knowledge!! By the way, 10kg is nothing especially considering the hand baggage size dimensions are so small.
