If you log into FATCHEESE and search PIGSBACK

All the current pigsback megadeals will come up.

choose your megadeal and you will earn FATCHEESE cash back and Piggy points on pigsback.

    Double win!!

    Is Fatcheese still working?

My last four transactions through their website were never paid and they won't answer emails or respond to tickets.

    I have stopped using them.

Must be just me so

My transactions with AA, Vodafona, O2 and maplin have not been honoured - about €70 in total. I've given up on getting the money now.

Never paid me for a laptop I bought through Dell. Case upon since January. Have got a few other smaller payments though.

I've outstanding cashback claims going back to last September (UK online retailers mainly). The Pigsback meagadeals that I've purchased have all come through for me but I've given up on the other ones for now (play.com are especially poor when it comes to giving cashback as far as I can see). I've opened several tickets with Fatcheese and so far there has been no reponse from them. Their Facebook page has gone very quiet as well.

Four claims/tickets opened. No response to numerous emails, Facebook messages etc etc.

I just assumed that they had gone bust or stopped "trading".

Some of my fatcheese transactions are still pending. But requested an €80 withdrawal at weekend and it seems to have been processed...

I've found that posting a complaint on their Facebook page after posting claim or ticket usually gets a response

Nothing has happened on their Facebook page for almost 6 months now. I really think the operation has all but ceased.

I got a reply on the 20th of April to a claim I had open since sept 2011 so they still active, I think the problem is that for claims and tickets they have to wait for the retailer so that's what the delay.

    Was that an automated response?

I hope they are still in business but if they are, then their "Customer Service" is appalling.
