Hello all,

We have a whirlpool washer drier which keeps filling up even though the machine is not switched on to any selected programme. It is plugged in all the time but every time we leave it for a day or so the drum fills up and there is also a small leak of water from the door when that happens.

There are hot and cold inlets and I was going to try turning off these one at a time to see if this might be the problem i.e a leaky inlet valve maybe? but if anybody has come across a similar problem I would be very grateful for any advice or suggestions.
