    so whats the reckoning guys all near enough the same price ???? Mostly for Gaming the odd bit of CAD etc

    If they're the same price, the 680, but you should be able to find the 670 and 7970 substantially cheaper than the 680. between the 670 and 7970, its a tough choice. They trade blows depending on what games you prefer, but the 7970 has far more OC headroom.

    also there is a rumored potential bug in the gtx600 series boards, out rather, a degradation of silicon, something to keep in mind I guess.

    YA I'm reading loads of reports of stuttering in the gtx670's and general hassle , and the factory overclocked editions of the 7970 are near the same price , there is also a rumour of a recall by nvidia on one or 2 tech sites ,

    Don't know what to do ?????
