    Hi Pejay,

am using acupuncture for anxiety/depression to compliment the medical side of things.

Find it very helpful in "releasing" emotions and tensions. I often feel very tired after it, sometimes a bit teary. After a day or two, I have lots of energy.

If its not too expensive, I think its worth a go but would be use it as an "extra" to my other treatments :-)

not anxiety, but I had acupuncture to relieve back pain.

not as effective as chemicals, but I was pleasantly surprised that it helped at all.
