If i for example can run 1.47.00 for 800m virtually running on my own ...

what time do you think i could run if its a paced race ????? with athletes faster than my 1.47.00 time ?

2-3 seconds faster. No doubt about it.

I think 800m is definitely one of the events you benefit most from being dragged around I dunno about 2-3 seconds but I think high 1.45 low 1.46 would definitely be realistic.

This is one of the reasons why Sammy Tangui is basically a personal pacer for Rudisha in most of the DL races he runs.

Like all these imaginary "what ifs" - it depends.

Especially it depends on your level of experience and how hard you can push yourself. I think an inexperienced 1:57 runner might knock a couple of secs off their time trial time but if you are running 1:47, then you probably know how hard to push yourself already and would only improve by a 1s or so.

In the virtual 800 that you ran in 1:47, it would be good to know your splits per 200. Traditionally in 800m running, the first lap is always faster then the second. The first lap is usually 50/51 seconds with the second lap, in the case of 1:47, being 5 seconds slower. If you were able to run 1:47 doing 51/55, then there is probably a small bit to be gained in a race with hype, adrenelin etc, but if you ran 1:47 running two high 53s in traning, then I'd bet you could take a chunk more off in a competive race and would be looking at a new irish record at a minimum.
