Emailing Ryanair??

    Hi folks ,

Anyone got an email for Ryanair's Customer Service?? Searched the website and it looks like they dont have one, or at least they have it well hidden. I just made a booking and it hung through the process , it appeared to charge my card but nothing has happened after that , no confirmation email or anything.

Their number is busy due to 'exceptionally high volume'.

Just need to check what exactly has happened, whether my flight is booked or not.

    Thanks,

    AB

Ryanair don't handle queries through e-mail anymore due to (you've guessed it) "exceptionally high volume".

Try the Manage my Booking section on their website and choose option 3 on the list of security questions if you don't know your reservation number.

If your flight booking went through, the details should show up on your screen.

Is there a way you can check your bank balance to see if the payment has been deducted ?

    Hi Lapin ,

Tried the Manage my Booking alright with no joy, kept getting an error. Money hasnt been taken deducted so it looks like it never went through correctly. Anyone else I'd assume it just never went through and start again.

But not with Ryanair, you can take nothing for granted. Ridiculous I cant ring them up to check for definite what exactly has happened.

    Cheers for your help.

happened to me a while back but it was easily solved, called them and they confirmed it wasn't booked, no hassle at all... took a while for them to answer the phone but I dont know any companies that answer quickly anymore to be honest

If the money hasn't been deducted from your account, then the booking hasn't been made. In fairness to Ryanair, they might have a bad rep for some aspects of their customer service, but they won't cheat them out of money at the point of sale.

I'd try booking again - using another computer.
