Mortgage Interest Supplement Question?

My girlfriend owns her own home, I am not on the mortgage nor legally do I have anything to do with the house. She has recently got laid off and wishes to apply to the HSE for mortgae relief. I am currently in reciept of Job seekers allowance from this address, will there be a problem is she makes applies for this relief?
