    does anyone know if those small torchs with the plastic peg are any good for a bit of night shooting . and if so where would a body get his hands on one any advice welcome

    There ok not as good as the real thing. John lambert in camolin has a nice set up for around €100 with rechargeable batteries and a switch you can put near the grip for easy use. Think the brand is Culite

    mccullagh in carlow have torch's and mounts in a set...55 quid.rechargeable..1st tried 1 last night and must admit...their brilliant...150 + yard range

    Lad in waterford has a Deben tracer with a dim switch for sale, I have the same lamp but without the dimmer and it's great. It's on donedeal for 100ono if I had the Money I'd get it myself.
